We have received a great deal of feedback concerning the schedule. While we cannot answer all your emails, we are listening to and greatly appreciate your comments. How do I customize the schedule?

Why does it show me all the channels?
The "default" display shows you All Channels if you have not customized the schedule. Once you have customized the schedule you can select the channels you want to see
I customized my schedule and My Channels still shows me all of them.
You need to make sure you accept cookies in order for the schedule application to show your customized schedules. Many people fear the use of cookies due to abuses on the Internet by some companies. Why does it no longer show selections for cable providers to select my channels?
Since cable systems are always changing their channel options, we felt that by offering the entire list of channels, we have provided a more accurate way to select the channels you wish
Why are there only EAST and WEST version of the channels?
Our broadcast signal to the local cable companies is split into two feeds, EAST and WEST. While the two feeds carry the same programming, the times may be adjusted due to Time Zone differential. In order to provide you with the correct schedule information, we need to know which feed you are receiving. If you don't know which feed your local cable company receives from Cinemax, they will be able to tell you.
Why don't the times shown on the schedule match when they play?
If you have not customized your schedule, times are displayed for Eastern Standard Time. If you have customized your schedule, you need to check your setting for Time Zone. If that is correct, you probably selected the wrong feed (select EAST instead of West or visa versa).
How do I print the Schedule?
You should use the Print Page link on the left navigation to show a version of the schedule that is more suitable for printing. This will display a popup window with the schedule loaded in that window. Then use the Print option on your browser to print the contents of that window
Nothing happens when I select Print or Customize links.
You need to have Javascript enabled in your browser in order for those selections to work
What does the Daylight Savings selection on the customization screen mean?
We will automatically adjust for daylight savings time when it becomes effective in your area. You should select this option if your state observes daylight savings time. Even if it's not in effect at the time you select it, when the time comes, we will automatically correct the time.
Why did you change the schedule?
While the old schedule application served many people well, it was created many years ago and was technologically and aesthetically outdated. The new version allows us to offer you more functionality now, and much more in the future. (Custom colors for genres you like, email reminders, future enhancements in searching ability, etc)
